The B vitamins help to maintain the health of the nerves, skin,

Niacin (B3) aids the functioning of the nervous system, helps

Pantothenic Acid (B5) is known as the “anti-stress vitamin.” It
plays a role in the production of the adrenal hormones and the

body and helps in the production of neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B6 is involved in more bodily functions than almost any
other nutrient. It affects physical and mental health. The nervous
system requires B6 for normal brain function and for synthesis of
nucleic acids RNA and DNA. Vitamin B6 inhibits the formation of the
toxic chemical homocysteine which attacks the heart muscle and allows
the deposit of cholesterol around that muscle.
Vitamin B12 is needed for the prevention of anemia. It is
required for proper digestion and absorption of foods. Those on vegan
diets need to be certain to take B12 as a supplement since it is found
almost exclusively in animal tissue.
Biotin is needed for utilization of other B vitamins. Sufficient quantities are needed for healthy hair and skin.
Choline assists in the proper transmission of nerve impulses
from the brain through the central nervous system. It aids in hormone
production and minimizes excess fat in the liver.
Folic Acid is brain food and is needed for energy. It also helps
strengthen immunity by aiding proper formation and function of white
blood cells. It is very important in pregnancy.
Inositol has a calming effect and helps to reduce cholesterol.
PABA (para amino benzoic acid) is a basic part of folic acid and
helps with the assimilation of Pantothenic acid. It helps protect the
