It is also commonly used internally as a mild laxative for occasional constipation.

Each serving of  Our Vitabase Aloe Vera Gel 200:1 extract is the equivalent of consuming 5000 mg of Aloe Vera Gel.


Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 3 softgels 2 to 3 times daily, on an empty stomach. Store in a cool, dry place.
